What Is Included When You Work With Us

You will work exclusively with the assigned sales representative regarding your proposal, tasting, booking and ongoing planning from initial contact to final details & invoicing. 

Rental Management: If you choose, we will manage all necessary third-party equipment rentals from securing the initial order, making necessary updates and changes throughout the planning process, finalizing delivery dates/windows and rental drops as needed.

If we are managing rentals, we will create(as needed) an event specific layout, outlining the set up and breakdown of tables & chairs. We have an operations team, who manages our third- party rental vendors, creates layouts/maps, watches the weather, connects A-Z, and is our backbone of support for each event we execute.

Our menu pricing includes: classic white china, hammered flatware, white/ivory cotton pocket-folded napkins, all

family- style platters & serving utensils, buffet and stations decor plus, serving equipment.

A few extras: Our wedding events include two complimentary, seasonal welcome beverages. For the tables, we feature Red Bird Bakery bread and olive oil. After dinner, a complimentary Flying Goat French Press coffee and tea station are included.

We are fully licensed and insured.

Each event is staffed with our own in-house trained event team. We do not hire temp staff from staffing agencies.
