We Are A Full Service Caterer

Truly, our role is significant to the success and experience of an event. We play an integral role in making sure we meet and exceed client expectations. For this reason we are very involved in the many aspects of the event planning process. We may ask a lot of questions and need to put many pieces of the puzzle together. 

We listen to the client’s overall vision, focusing on what is most important to them.

We customize their event based on the venue, time of year, guest count, menu design and staff required in order to execute their dream. 

We are not “one size fits all”.  

We offer seasonal menus, different styles of service, and have extensive menu & wine knowledge. 

We know what works and does not and we are happy to guide you through the entire process from start to finish.

We understand logistics, timelines, challenges of weather, demands of guests, dietary restrictions, event execution at a high level.

We offer input on the timeline as it pertains to food service, so we can make sure there is enough time to serve and clear in an organized manner, while leaving ample time for toasts and dancing. 

Based on experience, we make recommendations on the best use of their event time, suggesting ways to save on costs and identify areas to not cut corners.

We understand rental specifications, glassware counts, set up timing, load in requirements and power needs. 

We don't just provide good food. 

We also have boundaries on when we know things won’t work, and ask you to trust in these. 

Our team arrives prepared, informed and ready to execute. This means that we have built our plan around the information provided to us. We understand that not everything always goes to plan, but our goal is to plan for as much as possible and set ourselves up for ultimate success.  

Our onsite team will “leave no trace” and make sure all rentals are stored in the correct pick up location, the venue kitchen has been cleaned and event areas are left according to the venue requirements and agreed contract.
