Tastings - How It Works
Tastings are scheduled in advance, taking place at our facility, 591 Mercantile Drive, Cotati. Street parking is available.
A tasting appointment includes up to 4 guests (plus you, as their planner). As needed, we can extend to include up to 6 guests for an additional charge.
If our client has booked with us, the tasting is complimentary for up to 4 guests.
If our client would like to have a tasting prior to booking with us, we will charge a fee, but will offer a credit in that amount if they decide to book.
Clients will taste their proposed menu for their wedding day, so it is very important that they have taken the time to select their own menu, and inform of us of any allergies ahead of time.
They will have the opportunity to taste four hors d’oeuvres, a seasonal salad, two entrees and three sides. Our goal is to offer a realistic experience in terms of presentation, style and portion sizes while guiding them through the experience.
We need to confirm their tasting menu, at minimum 10 days prior to their tasting date. Please note, we charge for late cancellations and no shows.
Tastings are available Tuesday-Saturday in the off season(November-April), and Tuesday-Friday in season (May-October) based on availability and typically scheduled 10am-3pm.
We encourage our planners to join our tastings (at no charge), as it is an opportunity for you to experience working closely with us, answer any questions and together manage client expectations.
