Frequently Asked Questions
-
Our minimum varies by event type and location. Corporate events typically require 25 guests minimum, while weddings and special occasions start at 50 guests. For drop-off catering, we can accommodate groups as small as 10. Always confirm current minimums with the catering manager before quoting.
-
We recommend 3-6 months for weddings and large events (100+ guests), 4-6 weeks for corporate events, and at least 1-2 weeks for smaller gatherings. We can accommodate rush orders within 48-72 hours depending on availability and menu complexity—contact the kitchen directly for same-week requests.
-
Standard terms are 50% deposit to secure the date, with final payment due 7 days before the event. For corporate accounts with established credit, we offer NET 30 terms. All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 12 months with at least 30 days' notice.
-
Absolutely. We can modify most menu items and create custom menus for any event. For dietary restrictions, we handle vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, and kosher requests regularly—just note them clearly on the BEO. For complex allergies or religious dietary requirements, loop in the kitchen manager at least 2 weeks before the event to review prep protocols.
-
We include standard serviceware (china, flatware, glassware) and basic linens in our full-service packages. Specialty items like chiavari chairs, upgraded linens, lounge furniture, or tabletop decor need to be arranged separately. We have preferred rental partners we can recommend, or clients can source their own—just confirm delivery timing with our operations team.
-
Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Date changes requested 60+ days out can be moved once at no charge (subject to availability). Changes within 30-60 days incur a $250 admin fee. Changes within 30 days of the event are treated as cancellations, though we'll try to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events follow the force majeure clause in the contract.
