Our Bar Program, Licensing & Insurance

Park Avenue Catering has a Type 83 General On-Sale (full bar) Catering License and a Type 58 Caterers Permit to provide alcohol for events.

This allows us to provide and serve alcohol at event locations throughout CA.

  • Permit applications must be submitted 30 days prior to each event, and are subject to approval by the ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control).

  • PAC will apply for a permit only if we are providing the alcohol for an event.

  • We do not apply for a permit when clients, a winery, or other venue provides the alcohol.

  • PAC carries $1M liquor liability insurance.

  • We offer full bar, fermentation bar, beer and wine options for our clients. This is priced per person.

  • Additional costs may include: permit fee, bartenders, glassware, bar tools, chilling tubs, bar furniture, linens, heaters, lighting, bar set ups, umbrellas & additional ice.

At certain locations, clients are able to provide their own alcohol. We always follow the rules and policies of the venue.

Due to liability reasons, we do not provide estimates for alcohol quantities. We suggest you utilize beverage calculator from either The Knot or BevMo for guidance.

Every group is different, and your guests’ choices and quantities consumed are influenced by many factors. This may include weather, time of day & personal preferences.

While the beverage calculator is a useful tool, there are other factors involved. You should adjust as needed.
