Parking, Staff Shuttles & Safety For Our Onsite Team

We require safe and sufficient parking for all of our event staff and catering truck/s. 

We include directions, parking maps, gate code information and any important information at least 5 days prior to an event to our teams.  If staff are required to park off site, we pay our staff for the time needed to park and shuttle to the location so they arrive on time for their shift.  If a shuttle is required, this needs to be planned in advance and can either be managed by us (for additional cost) or through the planner/3rd party transportation company. 

Private residences or locations with one way streets, dirt roads, rural & urban neighborhoods, vineyard and field locations often require off site parking. We want to avoid any threat of walking back to their cars in unsafe areas or the possibility of an accident.
