We are privileged to have a team that is connected by heart. This truly began with Bruce.  Bruce’s leadership focused on leaning into the strengths of each individual, pushing them to grow, challenge themselves and feel good about themselves & their work.  


It is no lie, our core team have been working together for several decades, but we have welcomed new team members along the way and continue to grow.  Our company values and culture are fueled by consistency, integrity, hard work, pride and striving for excellence. 


While it may not seem significant to the success of your event, it truly makes a difference when the team you hire is proud of what they do, and the collective goal is to produce and execute a beautiful meal and make the guest experience memorable. 

While events in the wine country are typically hosted in the summer months, we have a full time team and seasonal team members that join us every year. This is rare in the hospitality industry, but one we do not take for granted.
