We are privileged to have a team that is connected by heart. This truly began with Bruce.  Bruce’s leadership focused on leaning into the strengths of each individual, pushing them to grow, challenging them to challenge themselves and to feel good about who they are and the work they do.  


It is no lie, our core team have been working together for several decades, but we have welcomed new team members along the way as we continue to grow.  Our company values and culture are fueled by consistency, integrity, hard work, pride and striving for excellence. 

While it may not seem significant to the success of your event, it truly makes a difference when the team you hire is proud of what they do, and the collective goal is to produce and execute a beautiful meal that makes the guest experience memorable. 

While events in the wine country are typically hosted in the summer months, we have a full time team with seasonal team members that join us every year.
