Our Menus

Being that we are located in the heart of Sonoma County, and blessed with the California climate, we are luckily surrounded by artisans and farmers who are passionate about sustainability, eating seasonally and sourcing wholesome ingredients. Our menus are a reflection of all of this incredible place we get to call home.

We take pride in small details that set us apart. For example, the bread on your menus is produced locally by one of our bakery partners, Full Circle Bakery or Red Bird Bakery.  Our French Press Coffee is from Flying Goat Coffee. Our beef is sourced from grain free Creekstone Beef, or Snake River Farms.  All of our produce and ingredients are custom ordered for each of our events, and we have over 1500 menu items to choose from.

Chef Ari Weiswasser is our creative visionary, chef extraordinaire and trend-setter. He has blended his years of experience, knowledge of flavor profiles & quality ingredients, to create ever changing seasonal menus for our clients.  We still offer some our classic best sellers, but Ari pulls inspiration from his restaurants both Glen Ellen Star and Stella Kenwood, and you will see this interlaced in our menus.  The result and influence of his creativity sets us apart and we can’t wait to see what’s next.
