Managing Dietary Restrictions
We do our best to manage dietary restrictions as best as possible. Unfortunately, due to the nature of catering, we cannot manage last minute requests and are limited to what we can/cannot do.
Therefore, planning and communication is essential.
We suggest that your clients select a menu that best accommodates any known or critical allergy.
We offer one allergy friendly entrée each season. These do not contain gluten, nuts, garlic, onions or dairy.
We are not a gluten nor nut-free facility, and while we take precautions to prevent it, we cannot guarantee that some cross-contamination will not occur.
We can omit nuts, cheese, dressings, sauces on individual salads or entrees if requested. We do not make separate hors d’oeuvres for guests with food allergies.
Allergy information is required at minimum 14 days prior to your event date, we also require the guest name, table number and entree selected information in addition to their allergy.
