Managing Dietary Restrictions

We do our best to manage dietary restrictions as best as possible. Unfortunately, due to the nature of catering, we cannot manage last minute requests and are limited to what we can/cannot do. 

Therefore, planning and communication are essential.


We suggest that your clients select a menu that best accommodates any known or critical allergies. 

We offer one allergy-friendly entrée each season. These do not contain gluten, nuts, garlic, onions or dairy. 

Please note, we are not a gluten nor nut-free facility, and while we take precautions to prevent it, we cannot guarantee that some cross-contamination will not occur. 

We can omit nuts, cheese, dressings, or sauces on individual salads or entrees if requested. We do not make separate hors d’oeuvres for guests with food allergies. 

Allergy information is required at minimum 14 days prior to your event date. At the same time, we also require the guest’s name, table number and entree selected in order for our team to locate them efficiently on site.
