Deadlines & Requirements For Final Counts And Timeline

Following these deadlines is critical for our planning purposes and the overall success of an event.

  • Final guest, entree selections, dietary restrictions, vendor & kids meal counts are due 14 days prior to your event.

This gives us time to update your contracts and staff requirements, make any necessary rental changes and start our menu ordering process. The delay in getting this info to us, holds up our entire operation & production team and impacts the overall organization of your event.

  •  10 days prior: We need your final timeline, layouts and rental orders  including number of dining tables and guests per table.

Why do we need this info:

We may need to do a piggy back a rental order or co-ordinate other vendors

We review your final rental order and make sure we have everything needed

We need to make sure we send the correct amount of equipment for service

We send this to our Event Managers, Lead Chefs and Lead Bartenders 7 days prior to your event

  • They build their service plan before they arrive on site, as they do not have time to do this on site. This means they plan their service route, assign duties to team members, review special dietary needs and where those guests are seated.  If we do not receive this info ahead of time, it will impact service and the smooth execution of your event. Our goal is to make execution fast and as smooth as possible, so our guests have the best experience possible.
